When this waterfront homeowner called us, they had a beautiful property and no way to watch it. Wide lawns, a long gated drive, and a pool patio meant piecemeal solutions wouldn't cut it — so we designed one integrated system that covers every angle of the estate.

We ran structured cabling through the home and mounted 23 Uniview cameras under the eaves and along the roofline, positioned to blend into the architecture while capturing the full perimeter, driveway, pool, and garage. At the gate, an Akuvox video intercom lets the owners see and speak to visitors from their phones, and a keypad plus RFID reader handles day-to-day access for family and service vehicles.

Everything records to a dedicated NVR the family can monitor live from the den or remotely — one system, one app, zero blind spots.
